I've done the maths and I'm going to have to start exercising. At my present rate of weight loss (which is assuming that it continues) I won't reach my target weight for another 21 weeks. Which is a long time to wait for a summer wardrobe and a great big chunk out of my life.
So I think I'll go jogging once a week (mostly walking in between short jogs) and do the exercise bike how often? What's the least that I can get away with? Maybe I should aim for twice a week on the bike. or maybe I should do that 'no sweat workout video' that makes me sweat instead?
I really wish I could fly - I'd absolutely love to take a fly every evening. S for Superman, and S for Susan. Even you can see that works.
Even if I am scared of heights.
